"AMBHA Litigation Update"
Twice a year AMBHA's outside general counsel, King, Pagano & Harrison, prepares a litigation newsletter that updates AMBHA members on the most recent and relevant decisions affecting the managed care industry generaly with a specific focus on managed behavioral healthcare. The newsletter addresses and analyzes a broad range of issues including ERISA preemption, confidentiality obligations, emerging theories of plan liability as well as professional and ethical issues involving providers and plans.
